Mental Health
Experiencing anxiety and depression can be frightening, but the right combination of therapies aimed at tackling negative thought patterns can help break the cycle. I can guide you through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other techniques to help you feel safe and stable.
Dysfunctional relationships can be a source of great distress in our lives. Therapy can help us to see others’ perspectives, identify underlying problems and find ways to overcome interpersonal struggles in a sustainable and compassionate way.

Food and Mood
Nov 1, 2020

From the moment we are born our relationship with food, and therefore, mood begins. As soon as a new-born baby cries, milk is given to pacify the tears and accompanying hunger. Early influences come from our parents, community and cultural settings. Learning about food and eating, about hunger and treats, ‘good’ food and ‘bad’ food, and what it means within our families is a fascinating field of research, and this blog will help frame these early experiences in the context of our relationship with food and how to start making changes.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you for helping me come through the other side. Your help, advice, encouragement and belief in me has helped me become even stronger and more confident in my everyday life."
