I qualified as a counsellor from Anglia Ruskin University and am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have undertaken further courses in Relationship Counselling and Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I have extensive experience in mental health disorders (depression, stress, anxiety, panic attacks and so on) and in Bereavement counselling. I feel very strongly that no-one should go through the loss of a loved on alone. It is a very painful journey and the right support can make a difference.
I have worked with many clients with cancer and other terminal illnesses as well as cancer survivors.
I am aware of the courage it takes to enter into counselling and I can promise anyone who gets in touch, from all backgrounds and cultures, that I will do my best to support you.
Can’t thank you enough for helping me and my family. You are amazing! Knew you were going to make a difference in our lives as soon as i met you!
Sincere thanks Paula xx
